Terms of Use

Welcome to EUCA Love. By accessing or using eucalove.com (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Operator

The Platform is owned and operated by EUCA LOVE PTY LTD (ACN 695 664 030) (EUCA Love, "we", "us").

2. Nature of the service

EUCA Love is a curated, verification-based introduction platform designed to facilitate connections between members.

EUCA Love does not provide matchmaking guarantees, relationship counselling, or dating advice. We do not guarantee compatibility, outcomes, or the conduct of any member.

Any communication, meeting, or relationship formed through the Platform is solely between members.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Be legally capable of entering into binding agreements

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Misrepresent identity or professional background
• Engage in harassment, abusive conduct, or unlawful behaviour
• Pose a risk to other members or the integrity of the Platform

4. Verification

EUCA Love may request identity and/or professional verification documentation as part of onboarding.

Verification improves trust and safety but does not constitute a guarantee of character, background, or conduct. Members remain solely responsible for their representations and behaviour.

5. Member conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other members
• Post or transmit unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or discriminatory content
• Impersonate another person
• Use the Platform for commercial solicitation, advertising, or recruitment
• Attempt to extract personal data from other members without consent

We may remove content, restrict access, or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe there is a breach or risk to users.

6. Fees

There is currently no fee to join or use EUCA Love.

We reserve the right to introduce subscription plans or premium features in the future. Any such changes will be clearly communicated before they take effect.

7. Profile publication and visibility

Member profiles are visible only to approved, registered EUCA Love members.

Profiles are not intended to be indexed by public search engines.

Members may request removal or updates to their profile at any time by emailing contact@eucalove.com. Verified requests are actioned within two business days.

8. Safety and personal responsibility

EUCA Love provides an introduction platform only.

You are solely responsible for:

• Your interactions with other members
• Conducting your own due diligence
• Meeting others in safe environments
• Protecting your personal information

We encourage members to exercise caution and use appropriate judgment when communicating or meeting offline.

EUCA Love is not responsible for the conduct of any member.

9. User content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (including photos and profile information).

By submitting content, you grant EUCA Love a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and process that content solely for operating and promoting the Platform.

You warrant that your content:

• Is accurate
• Does not infringe third-party rights
• Complies with applicable laws

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

11. Account deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing contact@eucalove.com.

We will action verified deletion requests within two business days, subject to any legal retention requirements.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available".
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We do not guarantee matches, compatibility, or relationship outcomes.
• EUCA Love is not liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, emotional distress, reputational harm, or dispute arising from interactions between members.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
