How is the compatibility score calculated?

The score is shown from 0 to 100 and grouped into bands such as early potential, promising fit, aligned fit, strong fit, and exceptional fit.

It considers geography, life stage, shared values, lifestyle rhythm, and relationship goals.

Do age preferences affect the score?

Yes. Age proximity and stated age preferences contribute to the life-stage part of the score.

Do location preferences affect the score?

Yes. Country, geography, location preference, and location flexibility shape the geography part of the score.

What else is considered?

Shared faith or values, compatible work rhythm, lifestyle, and relationship goals can all contribute to why an introduction is shown.

How does ID review work?

Members upload a government-issued photo ID before verified introductions begin.

If profile details and photos are complete, the ID can be reviewed. If anything needs clarification, the team may ask for more information.

Identity documents are used for review and are never shown publicly.

What do the profile badges mean?

ID Verified means the member has passed identity review to our knowledge.

Not ID Verified means the profile has not passed ID review, so members should be more cautious.

Licence Verified is an additional badge for licensed professionals whose registration details have been reviewed.

What if I work in a licensed profession?

Licensed professionals can provide registration details for additional review.

This can support a Licence Verified badge, but EUCA Love is not only for licensed professionals.

How are uploaded identity documents protected?

EUCA Love is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure (AWS-based), which is widely used in healthcare and financial systems.

These environments have strict physical and network security controls, including monitored data centres, intrusion detection systems, and internationally recognised certifications such as ISO 27001 and PCI DSS.

How many introductions will I receive?

Eligible active members can receive curated introductions twice each week.

Selection considers profile details, lifestyle, partner preferences, age preferences, location preferences, faith if shared, and work rhythm.

How does acceptance work?

Each introduction shows a response window. You can accept or pass.

If you accept, the other person still needs to accept before chat opens.

If both people accept, chat opens and remains available.

Are profiles public?

No. EUCA Love does not operate as an open public profile directory.

Profiles are shown through curated introductions rather than a public swipe feed.

How does chat work?

Chat opens only after both people accept the introduction.

The inbox shows unread badges, last-message previews, timestamps, and message status check marks.

Email notifications help alert members to the first unread message without emailing every single update.

Does EUCA Love support multiple languages?

Yes. The site supports multiple interface languages so members can use EUCA Love more comfortably.

Can I pause introductions?

Yes. You can pause introductions from account settings.

When paused, your account is moved out of active introduction rounds until you unpause.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Account deletion is available in account settings and requires confirmation to prevent accidental deletion.
