What Identity Verification Means in Online Dating
Identity verification adds information about who is behind a dating profile. At EUCA Love, members can submit government-issued photo ID for manual review before receiving verified introductions.
What the ID Verified badge means
The badge means the member has passed EUCA Love’s identity review to the team’s knowledge. If information is incomplete or unclear, the team may request clarification. Submitted identity documents are not displayed to other members.
Professional verification is optional
Licensed professionals can provide registration details for an additional Licence Verified badge. This is separate from identity verification. You do not need a professional licence or a particular career to join EUCA Love.
How verification affects introductions
ID-verified members are introduced only to other ID-verified members. Profiles without verification can be introduced separately and are labelled as not verified. Check the badge on the individual introduction rather than assuming every account has completed review.
What verification does not establish
Identity review is not a guarantee of someone’s intentions, conduct, relationship status or compatibility. A professional licence badge is not an endorsement of that person as a partner. Take time to get to know a connection and make your own decisions about what to share.
