Private does not mean invisible to your introductions
Someone introduced to you needs enough profile information to decide whether to connect. Controlled visibility limits how profiles are discovered; it does not mean an introduced member cannot see or remember information you share.
Choose profile details and photos you are comfortable sharing with a potential match. Avoid putting your home address or sensitive documents into profile text or chat.
You both choose before messaging
Accepting an introduction expresses interest. It only opens chat if the other person accepts too. You can pass on an introduction, and you can pause future introductions when you want a break.
Identity documents have a separate purpose
Documents submitted for identity review are used for verification and are not shown publicly or to other members. Read the privacy policy for the platform’s information-handling terms.
